At Sip at 9 we take pride in serving fresh, high-quality coffee and treats. Because our products are perishable and made to order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been completed. 

However, if there is a problem with your order such as receiving the wrong item, a quality concern, or any other issue please let us know on the same day of purchase. If verified, we will happily offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

To request a same-day refund or replacement:

  • Contact us in person at the shop or call us at 07415 722 704.

  • Provide your receipt and details of the issue.

  • All concerns must be reported before closing time on the day of purchase.

We appreciate your understanding and support as we work to make every cup the best it can be.
